- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is either flat rate or hourly. Long distance move is priced on flat rate while most local moves are done by the hour, except just few items is being moved
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On arrival, the crew will do a walk through with the customer to assess the job identify items moving and determine the best was to begin the job. We find out from the shipper their concerns and how they want particular pieces handled. Then the contract is signed, the inventory is taken and customer signature obtained before loading the furniture. No piece of furniture gets on the truck unless it is blanket wrapped.

We train all drivers and helpers on safety and professional handling of furniture and proper ways to interact with customers
