- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing and hourly rate options too. All apartment moves are done by the hour , including townhomes. House moves qualify for flat rate pricing. We offer inhouse estimates for homes close to our location (Doraville) We can bring One truck with 2,3,4 men crews or Two trucks with 5,6,7,8 men crews. In some cases 3 trucks also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk them through what we do i.e padding and shrink wrapping most of the furniture before putting it on the truck. We also advise who the crew chief will be. Methods of final payment will be discussed and insurance options will be advised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our employees come from other moving companies. So they come well trained and experienced. Rookies are taught on the job. We put them on smaller jobs before moving to house moves.
