- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fair to create a win win exchange. For example, our overage is priced at $25 for every 15 minutes over the minimum time frame. Other moving company's just charge their regular hourly rate for overage, but we don't think that's fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same for new and returning customers; we need to understand what the client has to move to we can estimate time, but after that we take care of the rest. All the client has to do is relax.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As great professional movers, we have a combination of physical strength, stamina, and we pay great attention to detail. All of our movers are trained and familiar with our company's policies and protocols. They are diligent when wrapping client's items and packing them into boxes to prevent damage.
