#1- Are you licensed and insured? Yes, both locally and long distance. We are insured for your protection. Do you know the difference between insurance and valuation?

#2- Are your crews drug tested and background checked? Yes, 4 page screening process and drug tests.

#3- Do you offer packing services too? Yes, we have several options, full-service, partial packing or just the fragile items.

#4- Do you move pianos? Yes, uprights, spinets, baby grands or grands.

#5- Do you connect or disconnect washer and dryers? Yes, but only if previously discussed with your moving consultant.

#6- Do you assemble or disassemble? Yes, free of coarse.

#7- How do you charge? Local moves are calculated by the hour. Intrastate or Interstate moves are calculated by the weight and distance.

#8- Do you charge more for stairs or elevators? No, this is part of any local move however may increase the length of time it takes to complete your move. Additional charges may apply for long distance moves.

#9- Do you accept checks? No, but we accept all major credit cards, cash or money orders and certified checks.

#10- Do you charge a deposit? Yes, $100 for any job needing a truck or $50 for our labor only moves.
