When my fiance and I set a date and started planning our wedding, we were debating about hiring a day of coordinator. I am extremely organized and love event planning. We were on a strict budget and weren't sure if the extra expense would be worth it. Looking back now - it was the best spent money of the entire event! Jillian and her team at One Touch Events LLC were amazing - from the first time we met with Jillian to the clean up at the end of our big day. Jillian made sure she knew exactly what we wanted on our big day - decor, music, atmosphere and food. She was always available by phone or email to speak with me when I had questions whether it was late on a week night or early on a Sunday. As the wedding date approached, Jillian was great at vendor communication and making sure all of the details were covered. She put together a timeline for the day of and her and her team set everything up the way my fiance and I had envisioned it. Throughout the big day she and her team made sure everyone had what they needed and were in all the right places at all the right times - from pictures to toasts and the cake cutting to the grand exit. At the end of the night, her team made sure everything that needed to come home with us made it back to the hotel and that the venue was cleaned and broken down. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator I can't recommend Jillian and One Touch Events enough! Having someone else to run the show on your big day really allows you to enjoy every moment - and Jillian won't let you down!

My husband and I were very impressed with Jillian and her team! Our daughter's wedding was handled very professionally and ran smoothly. Planning a wedding in midtown Atlanta and transitioning the guests to the Fox Theater was daunting, but they carried it off with finesse! They took care of every detail and were very attentive from the beginning to the end. It was a wonderful wedding with a drlicious dinner and awesome band in a beautiful venue! We would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Jillian and team!

Jillian was instrumental in bringing my vision for my 40th birthday weekend to life. I knew after the first phone call that I wanted to work with her. Being a Type A personality and wanting to be very hands on, I was very comfortable letting her take the reins. I needed a caterer for two events for the weekend and had it not been for Jillian's suggestions and contacts, we would've been eating cold cuts. The food was a huge success at both events. I had been planning this weekend for nearly 8 months and I could not find one thing that went wrong. We discussed that sometimes things do not go as planned, but the weekend turned out exactly how I envisioned and my family and friends are still praising how organized and smoothly everything went. Jillian is so delightful, easy to work with and while she's keeps a smile at all times, cracks the whip when necessary. I will definitely be working with her again. She did an outstanding job!

If you are looking for someone to execute your event with the upmost class and undivided attention, hire OneTouch Events. We worked with Jillian to help plan a one of kind, over extravagant event and that is exactly what we got. I could not have pulled off the event without her timely and organized manner. She was on top of the budget, timeline, vendors, etc. I highly recommend OneTouch Events for any event. They will work with you to make sure the event is EXACTLY what you are envisioning. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When speaking with your potential event planner, gauge his/her level of interest in your party. You want someone that will be fully engaged and determined to execute your event like it was their own. I would also consider the response rate from the time you initially contact them to the time you receive a call/email back. How efficiently your perspective event planner answers your questions, provides you with additional materials, etc., will help you to determine how much care s/he will put into your event!
