This was the greatest catering experience. Rae's Int'l Food Diaries made my event extra special. From the first phone call to inquire about their catering services to delivery of my catering order, I felt like I had a partner who was committed to making sure the food for the event met my expectations. The food surpassed my expectations. My event was very successful, and the food was a hit. My guests ate throughout the entire event, and they asked, "Who did the food?" I will contact Rae's Int'l Food Diaries for all of my future catering needs. They are very friendly. The food was delicious and prepared using the best ingredients.

Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries is a not only a TOP NOTCH Caterer, but Rae and her company is also a top notch ORGANIZATION. You can rely on them to truly "deliver the goods" and also to respond quickly, effectively, and professionally. Rae catered our daughter's wedding and all the guests were MORE than pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food - they were astounded! Who ever heard of food this good being served in such quantity and quality?? Wise people in the know often say when asked about what people remember about weddings and they say it is two things: the brides' dress, and the food. Well of course at a wedding you experience the dress and the ceremony first, but if you then serve up your guests with quality food that exceeds their expectations, then, my friend, you have hit it out of the park. More than one of our friends and family directly told us: "We've been to lots of weddings, and this is the best one we've EVER been to!!" Thank you so much Rae and Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries - you are now on the top of our list and we will not hesitate to be calling on you again for more of your goodness!

Rae catered for my daughter's Sweet 16. She was so helpful from planning the menu, staying in budget, and letting me take some pans home, since we were not prepared for all the leftovers. The food was so delicious! I highly recommend her!

I cannot say enough good things about Rae International Caterer! The food was delicious—everyone at my event was raving about it, especially the coconut rice and Rasta pasta. Rae even offered a complimentary rum cake, which was topped it off. Her meals were one of the highlights of the shower. Rae is not only an amazing chef but also a very kind and thoughtful person to work with. She communicated everything with me and when I needed her she was always available. Rae was also patient as I chose the perfect menu for my event. I also had the chance to taste test the food beforehand, which really put my mind at ease. I will 100% work with Rae again and highly recommend her catering services to anyone looking for delicious food and top tier service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
