Rae was an absolute delight to work with from the first point of contact when planning my event until the party was finished. I had many questions and needed to make adjustments along the way and Rae always made time to speak directly with me about my options and offer suggestions when it was clear I was lost. I gave my wife the 40th birthday brunch of her dreams and it wouldn’t have happened without Rae. I cannot recommend her enough. I was giving her name to guests at the party. Rae was hired for a cooking class I arranged with my family and friends. She was amazing to work with and customized the event to fit exactly what we were looking for. We loved her so much my family has hired her to cook for us and we will be using her to cater future corporate events. Highly recommend her! I recently used Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries for my wife's 40th birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rae was highly responsive during the planning phase, making sure all our preferences were noted and everything was organized seamlessly. On the day of the event, they were punctual and set up everything beautifully. All of the food was delicious and highly recommended. We had jerk chicken, salmon, Caribbean rice and peas, mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, and French style green beans. Don't forget the rum cake, it was moist and flavorful. Overall, I can't thank Rae enough for making my wife's birthday celebration memorable with her delicious food and excellent service.

I contacted Rae’s regarding a birthday party. The customer service from consultation to delivery was absolutely amazing. They were patient and flexible all while I was indecisive and unorganized. The food topped the customer service perfectly. The Mac n cheese bites, meatballs and wings were absolutely delicious. You do not want to miss the opportunity to have Rae’s cater your event.
