Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Go with the most knowledgeable trainer, not the one that promises unrealistic results just to obtain your business. In the end you want to learn how to properly train yourself to maintain, once you've reached your goal. A good trainer doesn't just yell and count reps. A good trainer is a teacher of lifelong skills.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Although most all trainers charge an hourly rate, if a person is passionate about reaching a fitness or health goal, its never about the money. Never feel that you cant afford a trainer, most trainers are willing to work out some type of payment arraignment to fit just about every ones budget. The key is to be upfront and be serious about working out.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. No one can match my passion and knowledge that I have gained over the past 15 years as a trainer and former athlete. My business is 100% dependent on your success.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Its my passion so it never seems like work, my goal is to not just train you, but to show you how to train so you can apply that knowledge to your fitness routine for life.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do I reach my goals fast?

Just like in life their are no short cuts to success, if you put in the time and effort you will see the results and be forever changed.
