Malika B. has been passionate about photography for the last 8 years. Her photography portfolio ranges from haute couture designs, maternity/family portraiture, creative shots, to artistic or candid shots of celebrities such as Beyonce, Solange, Bilal, Ryan Leslie, Maxwell, Common, Cloudeater and many local artists.
She has an exceptional eye for predicting the ideal artistic moment and transcending it onto photographic paper. Her work has been featured in an upcoming issue of Azizah Magazine, and the PBS documentary slideshow "New Muslim Cool Project", and on Youracreator.com and various literary journals.
Currently, Malika B. is completing her B.A. in Art and Creative Writing at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta.
