I started this company when I had to move my mother into a memory care facility. I called every property management company I could find and either they never called me back or were too busy to help me. I decided to start Peach State and my first property was my childhood home.

Firstly make sure the company has online owner and tenant portals. This shows they are using and knowledgeable about the latest management technology. Look at their previous marketed properties, if the pictures were taken with a phone keep looking. See if they offer eviction insurance.
