This company and individual dionnie bolar is total and complete scam and swindle. Once you sign the contract and please be careful her contract is shady(be careful), they will never answer your call above all she collected rent money from the tenants and never paid me but also at the same time stole almost 30k from me. Run as far as you can from her and her company please. Let me save you from this money hungry evil lady..

Our company uses the Georgia Realtor Association (GAR) standard contract. We provide a sample for your review, and you sign the contract after your review. This client is upset because he signed exclusive contracts with two different firms, and it is allowed for commercial property. I did all the work for the property and was paid on the settlement statement by the closing attorney. So, you thought I was a great negotiator for your property, but thought I will not negotiate for my company, and we performed exemplary. Please remove all false information. Thank you, Dionnie Bolar
