A. Our company is a small boutique Property Management firm, we pride ourselves on constant communication with owners and tenants during the entire lease term. Forming relationships with owners and tenants helps to create a long lasting bond. Our management fees are very affordable compared to other management companies with 2 programs to choose from. Our tenant procurement program we charge a one time fee equal to one month's rent and is collected at the time of tenant move in. With our Full Property Management company we charge one month's rent and then 8% of the monthly rent thereafter.
