Google Data Analytics Certification from Merit America: This certification equipped me with extensive skills in data collection, transformation, organization, and visualization. These skills are crucial for analyzing educational data to drive decisions that improve instructional strategies and student outcomes. The program also included hands-on labs and a capstone project, which focused on real-world applications of data analytics in educational settings. Paraprofessional Certification from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission: This certification trained me specifically for supporting instruction in K-12 settings. It covered various pedagogical methods, classroom management techniques, and instructional strategies that are directly applicable to my role in consulting with educators and administrators. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over the past two years, I've worked in the educational field. The educational sector is changing and becoming more digital. Therefore, it's important to make adjustments over time. As a speaker and educator, I have led thought-provoking discussions around education. Some of the specific changes happening in the educational sector include the widespread adoption of online learning platforms, the integration of technology in classrooms, and the shift towards personalized and adaptive learning. These changes require educators to continuously adapt their teaching methods and stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
