In-home tutors provides one-on-one educational services for nearly all ages and academic levels and has tutors specializing in a multitude of fields.
Here is my own set of specialties:
- Nearly any level and type of biological sciences (B.S.- Biology, UGA; 2 years completed at the Medical College of Georgia)
- High school sciences (biology, physics, general chemistry, etc...)
- Spanish (8 years classroom experience, 1 year living in Panama, Spain, and other Spanish speaking countries)
- English and composition (no formal training, but received excellent marks and scored a 780 on the SAT verbal)
- General study skills (AKA Homework Coaching)
- I have also completed instructor training for Kaplan Test Prep (the world's largest test prep company). This also means, however, that I am unable to teach/tutor for any standardized tests taught by Kaplan.
- Available times are subject to change as I take on new clients (I currently have several inquiries) and when I begin teaching a class with Kaplan in April from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays.
