PFC collaborates with families to identify the strongest possible matches with nannies in order to meet the children's needs. PFC only recruits college-educated nannies and prefers those with master's degrees in fields, such as social work, psychology, child and family development, and education.

Our nannies are trained in providing professional child care services, as well as comprehensive reporting and analysis of child behavior and family functioning. Families receive regular updates and reports regarding their children's progress and development, in addition to recommendations and positive change strategies.

Professional Family Consultants works with your family to match specialized nannies to meet your needs. PFC will personally meet with your family to assess the needs of the children. PFC will collaborate with your family to determine the best possible match.

Families have the option of receiving quarterly comprehensive reports from PFC regarding the progression and development of your children. These reports identify strengths, weaknesses, growth areas, and goals for the children and the family.

Nannies work with the families to develop consistent routines, meal plans, and developmentally appropriate activities to enhance the children and families' quality of life.

PFC also provides highly-qualified domestic childcare for families on an as-needed or part-time basis and for families who are not seeking specialized services. Additionally, PFC offers housekeepers, personal assistants, estate managers, personal chefs, and groundskeepers.

Fees:

The specialized nanny program requires a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $200. This covers extensive background checks, credit checks, reference checks, and interviewing of potential candidates, as well as the initial family screening interview by one of our licensed professionals. For all other services, a $150 application fee applies.

The specialized nanny placement fee is 12% of the nanny's total annual salary, as agreed upon by the family and nanny. This is a one-time fee, which also covers any replacement needed within the first 90 days of service.

PFC is always available to answer questions and provide consulting services to families throughout the entire employment of staff members.

The basic nanny placement fee is 10% of the nanny's annual salary. The placement fee for other household staff is 10% of annual salary.
