Introduction: For over 20 years, Pure Tennis LLC has been operating in the metro Atlanta area and has been very successful in the promotion and organization of adult and junior tennis programs, such as private lessons, group coaching, cardio tennis, 10 & Under After-School tennis programs and Club Round Robin Tournaments.

Not ethical treatment for employees. The owner, Tony Farnum, is a good enough teacher for the introductory level of tennis. However, I have worked for him six months and in that time he has yelled at me 5 separate times (twice on court) and threatened to fire me each time he yelled. Recently he got upset at me for handing out my card and cut my hours which is fine. But then he didn't pay me for 3 weeks and when he finally did, docked my pay for the hours I ALREADY WORKED. I feel that this sort of practice demoralizes employees and leads to lower caliber short time employees (hence no employees highlighted on the website). Personally I would not want my children to feel the effects in his classes.
Omitting the emotional outbursts, the simple fact that he will change what he pays you after the job is completed breaks the code severely.
