- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss the pricing on the front end. We will both have a clear understanding of each other’s expectations before we work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that we’re compatible. I chose this profession so that I wouldn’t have to be in an uncomfortable work environment. I like to start with an conversation over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the first 2 years I was shooting events 4 nights a week, for atleast 4 hours each night. That’s photo, and video coverage. I’ll tell you which events whenever we speak, I’m sure you’ll be surprised.
