- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common job is not only building a website for our client but doing an audit of their existing online presence spanning social media, online listing directories, review sites such as Yelp, and providing them with the services necessary to clean up any and all of their client facing online profiles. Additionally we typically end up providing video services, photography and content creation of all types to help expand their online presence once we build a solid foundation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be ready to put a little work into content creation. Websites don't just fall from the clouds slap full of pretty pictures, easy to read copy and cool videos. They require a lot of involvement from the company that wants the website. Your customers want to get to know you and the only way to do that is to tell your story and provide details regarding your work. This takes time and effort but we are here to make it as easy as possible.
