John is an amazing yoga instructor - consistently creative, challenging, and fun. The other teachers are very good as well, and the whole studio has a wonderful balance of physicality and spirituality. If you have the opportunity to take a class at Onlyoga, do it!

John's classes are challenging and fun. He is extremely knowledgeable about many types of yoga, and his blend takes the best from those he has studied. He is encouraging, and he motivates his students to find their own yoga path. He may be the best instructor I've ever had. I travel 30 miles to take his classes.

It's teachers are avid practitioners themselves and know how to create unforgettable experience by setting the atmosphere and energy that is healing and nurturing. Staff is very knowledgeable and know how to mold each class to a particular group of students.

Look for a professional at the 500 hour training level who has been teaching for a minimum of 3 years. Pick someone you feel comfortable with!
