- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all pending; each and every project differs and has there own variables, so when we create an estimate it will be based off the type of work needed as well as the different complications and their severietes that could arise during your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is streamlined and very simple; We start with your free inspection (all inspections are free and of no obligation) we just simply give you the information necessary to make an educated decision about your next step. After that our claims specialist will sit down with you to call your insurer (if your project calls for it) then, if an insurance claim, we will show up the day of your adjustment to walk through all the damage we have found with the adjuster so you know you have solid representation that will not let the insurer take advantage of your lack of knowing what's going on. Once they approve you (or if cash or financed project) we will schedule your install (typically no more than 2 weeks from that date) and that's it. We will sign your Warranty card and then you have us at your service for the next 10 years!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member of D1 Construction Services is certified by Owens Corning in all aspects of their roofing system. Our inspector is HAAG certified in residential roofing. Our partner company Code Red is licensed in Fire and Water restoration by the Cleaners Coach and is certified by Micro as a CMI (Certified Mold Inspector) CMRC (Certified Mold Remediation Contractor) and CHST (Certified Health and Safety Technician). Our EHS Manager has the OSHA 510 license (making him a certified OSHA inspector) so you know every project will be 100% safe every time.
