Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We mostly provide pressurewashing statewide, housecleaning, janitorial maintenance, carpet cleaning, & stripping and waxing floors for commercial accounts.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask if they require a long term contract and make sure they are insured and bonded. Ask how often they do inspections behind the custodians. Also always check their rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Often janitorial companies require a hefty fee to break the contract, so this is something you may want to find out before signing.

A. Are you insured? Are you bonded? How long have you been in business? Do you have references? How often do you do inspections behind the custodians?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. How many square feet is the building or home that they want cleaned? When it comes to carpet cleaning, how many rooms do you want cleaned and how many stairs, if any, do you have that will need cleaning?How often do they want it to be cleaned? This will depend greatly on your preferences on cleaning and just how dirty and dusty the home or office gets on a weekly or monthly basis.

A. We make every effort to hire the best and most experienced staff in this area. We also have a system in place that is step above the rest with our detailed weekly inspections and walk-thrus with the customers and our top notch customer service team.

A. How long have we been around? We have been around for over 15 years and counting.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I am very friendly and everyone at UltraClean, Inc. is like this. We always put the customer first, even if it means we will not make any money from the job. We just want the customer to be pleased with the service we have offered.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We helped a lady that had been fighting with cancer and she had been unable to maintain her home properly, so she called us in and we were able to exceed her expectations and when we were done she said she felt whole again and we had taken a tremendous load off of her back because she was so embarassed of her home, now she was proud of it once again.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. One of our most recent projects was a 5 story window cleaning job that took two days with three guys and a boom lift and pressure washer and the customer paid approximately $1700.00, however another recent job was a small window job that took one hour and the customer paid $30.00. We treat each customer the same and with the utmost respect and optimal customer service. We value every job no matter how large or small.

A. Our pricing is actually quite simple and straight forward. We offer our customers the option to pay hourly or a set price based on the job to be done.
