Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for someone with good references, experience and track record. There are a lot of people in this industry who serve as "brokers" and hire cheap labor from out of country. Be skeptical of pricing "too good to be true". It often is, and you will suffer from hidden charges before your project is complete.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. My creative process begins with a face to face meeting with the client. I draw from their personal sense of style. Clients should bring examples of what they like and discuss why. Also, you are hiring a designer for their knowledge and experience. Do not try to design for us, we know certain things don't work and you have to trust us to work in your best interests.
