Used by 3/4 of the world's special forces, Wing Chun was invented by a woman over 300 years ago. Through solo drills and forms training, you learn to focus your mind. Your body will learn to move more freely with a greater range of motion, thus allowing you to feel freedom in a physical expression rather than an abstract concept.
Wing Chun is intense, fast paced and dynamic. In class, you will learn the most effective self-defense movements, while developing quicker reflexes and getting into great shape.

Whether your goal is to learn realistic and effective self-defense techniques or to study in depth the system of Wing Tsun, there's something for everyone at Georgia Wing Chun Kung Fu. Sifu Matt Wright knows his art very well and yet is very humble and personable. He is a life-long student of martial arts himself. He is able to mold the curriculum of his training based on students' needs, skill-set and athletic abilities. I can confidently say that this has been the best martial arts school I have ever studied at, and don't think will ever stop. The learning environment is very friendly, and you leave every class feeling like you have added another idea, tool or technique in your arsenal that you may use in your daily life or in any kind of self-defense situation. If you are looking for quality martial arts classes for you or your loved ones, this is it!

The best learning experience I've had over 6 different martial arts. I've now been studying for over 6 years, and Sifu Matt always gets better and always has something to teach. You will learn all aspects to self defense including effective techniques and the mental approach to keeping you and your loved ones safe.
