After the original text giving information to the investigator, I heard nothing for a week, so I contacted them again. Was told to be patient, so i waited two MORE weeks, and after not hearing anything texted again. Was told ‘no, couldnt find anything’. Really needs to improve their communication skills, and they totally failed at getting ANY info for me. $350 wasted.
