Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. make sure the fit is right. Not every animal gets along with every person. Best to meet and greet multiple service providers, so you have a comfortable feel for the person entering your home.

A. verify policy numbers, don't just assume someone is covered, ie bond/liability insurance. Ask questions, what would you do if...

A. How long have you been doing this job? May I get references? Be sure the provider asks questions as well. They too should have concerns about every individual client.
