Lyn Haley Defense & Combat System

Introduction: The Lyn Haley Defense & Combat System is a system designed to teach how to manage the flight or fright response factor of fear, and teach those willing to learn a dynamic new way of self defense and/or combat. Lyn Haley Defense & Combat system covers a vast variety of defense and combat techniques, such as defense clusters, defensive striking, offensive striking, defensive grappling, offensive grappling, weapons offense, and weapons defense. Requirements for this class are as follow: * Ages 18-40 * Any size, race and height * Woman or man * You do not have to have any experience in traditional or mixed martial arts. The charge is usually a 4-month flat rate or an installment plan ranging from $60.00-$100.00. But I am looking for 5 dedicated people to learn the system deeply in all its aspects, and to help put together demonstrations. Those 5 who are willing to do this will be free of charge.
