After several poor interactions with the popular companies e.g. Orkin, Terminex, and Delta, I turned to ThumbTack because I had a great experience with a roofer using the app. not long ago. The popular companies kept insisting on the purchase of treatment plans, that they don't do clearance inspections or letters for non-clients, or they raised their price for a termite inspection w/clearance letter (selling house) 4 times the normal price. I am a recently divorced disabled veteran and part-time educator living out of the country with limited resources. It was so frustrating and stressful already with agents and buyer demands. I went to ThumbTack and found A.N.S.V Home & Pest, LLC. I messaged on a weekend (very uncommon to get someone respond on a weekend) and the gentleman replied and assured me that he could take care of what I needed and he did. This professional was affordable, friendly, on-time, great communication, and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor, don't hesitate, just book him. Thank you sir!!

Mr. Pryor responded very quickly. He was accommodating to our timeline. He was very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions. He does a very thorough, detailed home inspection. He provides additional services as needed as well. His detailed home inspection report found many things wrong, and ultimately saved us from purchasing a home that needs significant and extensive repairs. The video clips and comments on the report help show all of the faults and he makes recommendations. He found over 100 findings, with some of them being safety issues, and others needing a professional to repair. If we need another inspection, we will be glad to hire him again. He’s honest and straight forward. You will not be disappointed with his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am Not the CHEAPEST but I AM the most Competitive with my prices. I offer discounts for Military, Senior Citizens and Single Parents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial discussion, which typically can last 15-20 min so I can make sure I've answered all your questions, I email the inspection agreement for review and signature. once I've received that I confirm our appointment with you and your agent. the day of your inspection I reach out to you and your agent to confirm my arrival time and make sure I have all access information. once inspection is complete I give a Summary of my findings and share the photos I have taken. if the clients or the clients agent can't be at the property at the time of the inspection I send a summary text. once I return to my office I prepared a FULL, DETAILED report with typically 75-130 pictures. which I send to my clients and their agent on the DAY I complete the Home Inspection. After 48hrs I reach out to both my Client and the Agent to ask of there's any follow up questions I can answer.
