We recently used Catch A Critter, LLC. for a rather large rodent infestation in our attic. Richard was very personable, knowledgeable and worked with us on our schedule, which we appreciated greatly. After the first conversation, Catch A Critter, LLC., came out promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. Richard was a true professional and was straight forward with what was going on in our home. We immediately wanted to use this company and we’re so glad we did. Catch A Critter, LLC., helped us through the whole process, including the potential timeframe it would take to rid us of our pest issues. Each visit was scheduled ahead of time and Richard communicated with us to let us know his eta for arrival, which was very thoughtful and helpful. In addition, he kept us updated on the progress at each visit. Catch A Critter, LLC., completely eliminated all rodents, sealed up the entrances where they were entering and even gave us tips on how to prevent them from being able to enter again. They were very thorough and even gave us a two year warranty after the service was completed. In our case, dealing with this contractor was extremely pleasant, with professionalism, knowledge, prompt service, great pricing and outstanding communication. Richard did an excellent job removing the squirrels and bats. I was unaware I had bats as they sleep during the day. He was able to remove both and block off all entry points. He also guarantees his work for 2 years. I would use him again hopefully not too soon. Lol
