Introduction: Hi Christine, I teach fundamentals of dance in easy to understand ways and I also teach self defense (Krav Maga). But I also have been into strength training most of my life (competed in powerlifting) which has allowed me to return to normal after multiple health issues (hip and knee replacements, bypass surgery, rotator cuff surgery, etc.) So I can relate to your situation and may be able to help you learn how to improve your strength.
