Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were on the other side of the table per say, as a customer I think the best knowledge to have when trying to determine a professional for their needs would have to be knowing the details as to what a certified professional is and has to achieve as opposed to someone who is not licensed or certified in the IT trade. It is 2 totally different types of computer professionals you are dealing with.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. Continually the IT world is changing and acquiring new innovations. So as goes the profession, so goes the education. I am continuing my certification in IT thru Microsoft and am currently moving towards the specialist and master certifications within the IT industry. Doctors continually have to educate themselves and why should we be any different.
