Introduction: I am an unemployed mom who enjoys working with elementary-aged children in their educational needs, everything from phonics and handwriting to multiplying and dividing decimals to help on projects.
I am looking to start a tutoring service for pretty nominal fees. I'm just a parent who believes children are missing the firm foundation we received when the teachers still had chalkboards.
I come from a time when we took time to make sure students understood and truly no child was left behind. I enjoy seeing their eyes glow when they catch on to a new concept, primarily because they are getting one-on-one attention they don't get at school.
I'm also here to help the frustrated parent who spends hours and hours on homework. I'll be happy to come in and help lift some of that burden.
My services are available Monday through Friday (weekends if needed for an extra fee).

Crystal Lackey has been tourting my daughter for 2 years now and Savanna loves her. She was very instrumental during the 3rd grade year when CRCT is a pass or fail year. Thanks to Crystal, Savanna passed with flying colors. We also have issues with homework time and staying focused. When Crystal comes in she uses different tricks and ways to keep her on task that does not work for Mom and Dad. Savanna is struggling this year with 5th grade and getting ready for the middle school transition. Crystal has been a huge help in starting to make this year a bit more successful. I would recommend her to anyone.
