Introduction: We are a locally owned and operated property preservation company. We work with local banks that have foreclosed properties that need trash-outs, evictions, grass cutting, restoration, full lawn service, weatherization, etc.
We have over 9 years with Ocwen Federal, VA, Premiere, Fidelity Property management companies. We are licensed and insured. We service all of Georgia, Eastern Alabama, Southern Tn, and Southwest North Carolina.

Do not use them,absolutely terrible! Obviously don't pay their employees neither that's all they talked about.the work they done was half-a*# and didn't even finish job!

They stole my lawnmower! straight up admitted it to!
