- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
you get your money's worth. I dont stay in the office. to inspire your hired men, gain their respect, and do a superior job for the customers money, you have to be with them, where the metal meets the meat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction over the phone, meet in person to give quote and discuss the job at hand, set a starting date, or update asap, start job. keep things neat, organized, safe, and in their places during the job process, cut no corners, take no easy way out, and do more than what weas agreed on. new customers, old customers, ALL customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
grew up in the forestry/logging industry in northern Maine. Working for my father, I have heavy equipment experience, Saw experience, both sawmill and chainsaw. Experienced tree felling, tree climbing, 10 years working for a local excavation contractor, laying pipe and installing French drains, have my class A CDL, and 25 years exp. driving truck. been in business for myself since 2019 and have a small crew.
