FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always assess all needed labor amounts, the degree of skill needed, specialty tools, average amount of my time to complete the work when determining my fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always be on time. Always be respectful even if the customer is not. Ensure ones' appearance is always initially neat and clean before arriving. Devote enough pre-planning time to arrive with tools to perform quality work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially, my electrical knowledge and soldering skills were taught by the military. Over the many years I have added to those skills in both...efficiency and quality. I am also a college graduate (more than one time) -strong verbal skills from higher education facilitate being able to clearly articulate specifics of a job. Undoubtedly, this helps the customer make informed decisions, save money and remain happy with the work completed.
