    My computer is working again! I was told by other "experts" that I should just convert my computer into a doorstop and get a new one. Larry was able to fix it in one day, and it works better than it did when it was new. I liked the no-risk guarantee offered and knew I would not have to pay if it could not be repaired.

    Larry is very professional. He solved my connection problems by patiently tackling one issues at a time. He quoted a flat rate and did not ask for more even though the job was more complicated than expected. As a female, it is also important to me that I was comfortable with him in my home.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If a technician tells you that your system must be reinstalled due to infection, RUN, don't walk away. That is usually the first sign that they don't know as much as they pretend.
Also, don't pay for diagnosis only to be told you need a new computer. With our guarantee, there is no charge for diagnosis. "If we can't fix it, you don't pay."
In addition, we come to you and only charge for the actual time spent repairing your problem... not for download times and other delays.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most computer problems are easy to repair if caught early enough. The more times a computer is rebooted, the deeper a trojan or virus embeds itself into the system. Call early and stop using the computer if you suspect it is infected.

Most computers come with too little memory. Increasing memory is an inexpensive way to increase computer speed.

Have you ever worked for a larger company and handled multiple computers on a network.
