Alltech performs inspections for home buyers and home sellers, seniors, and new parents. ICC Residential Code-certified inspectors perform a comprehensive top-to-bottom inspection in about 3 hours for the average home, and then we provide a highly detailed report for every inspection we complete.

We can also include a termite inspection and letter, if needed. All our inspections include a detailed safety inspection and report of the homes' mechanical appliances and a 90-day home warranty!

We cover most of North East Georgia, including Gwinnett, North Fulton, Forsyth, Cobb, Dawson, Cherokee, Barrow, and Hall counties. Inspecting homes is all we do, and we have been doing it since 1995. We only hire certified master inspectors, and all our inspectors have passed the national home inspector exam.

Alltech inspected a house I wanted to buy. The price was in my budget so I had them come out. I AM SO GLAD I CALLED ALLTECH! The house was a foreclosure and had so many problems that I could never have paid to get all the repairs done. Matt Morris was so nice he helped me understand what it was going to cost to get it all fixed. The water heater, the furnace and the roof were all BAD. Someone even tried to cover up a roof leak but Matt found it. I didnt buy that house but the cost of that inspection actually save me money, because I didnt pay for the appraisal and I got all my money back from the bank. I dont think anyone should buy a house without getting Alltech to inspect it. You can check them out like I did at www.alltechinspections.com. I will find another house to buy, and when I do I will call Alltech again. They are "THE BEST!"

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Search several inspectors on-line, Bing, Google and Yahoo are great as long as you dont select the paid ads at the top of the page. Find reviews on places like CitySearch.com, yelp.com and yahoolocal.com. Anyone with 4 - 5, 5-star reviews is doing a good job. So call them! Ask them to explain their inspection process and what type of report they will give you for your fee. Dont even talk about the fee at first! If the company wants to say "oh, our inspection fee is the lowest of anyone", hang up, and go on to the next one. See, you get what you pay for in this field. And anone who is the rock bottom, lowest fee in the area, is probably just trying to buy your business and get on with the next inspection. Expect to pay $300 - $500 for a modest size home. McMansions will cost much more! At alltechinspections.com, we earn our fee on every inspection with more than you expect. Call us for a free quote today.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. Alltech plans to offer termite inspections later in 2012. Every home we inspect for a Client will include a termite inspection. We already started providing a 90-Day residential warranty with every inspection. Every working componenet of every home is covered. Alltech is focused on the Clients B-E-S-T interest!
