Introduction: I have a genuine love and desire for helping others and specifically, I love helping others build proficiency in adulthood. I assist neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. At Transition U, I help individuals create and thus achieve their goals by promoting skills they are already capable of in order to efficiently transition into the best version of themselves. As individuals undergo the transition process, they will learn skills that will help them facilitate positive growth throughout their life such as: becoming more organized, time management, creating a routine that works, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, maintaining a good work-life balance, promoting social skills and so much more!
