Services are available from Monday to Saturday, between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., and on Sundays at 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Ms Monique is very professional and efficient. My 3 year old usually cries when getting her braids done, but she didn't with Monique. It only took a little over an hour her braids including beads. I was very impressed and have already scheduled 3 additional appointments.

A. Designer cornrows, kinky twists, treebraids, singlebraids

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Just make sure even if don't select me. Be stern about waht you want. Most stylist do what they want(easy) and not what you like. Also make sure that your hair can handle the style created.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I listen to my clients wants and needs. I am able to create styles that are painless as possible. My styles are superb whether you are a mother who wants her child to look like a child with designer cornrows, or a grandma who wants to look sexy but conservative. I am here for you.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. When you look in the mirror and smile. I know I made a difference for you as a client whether its 1 week or 3 months. I am happy to have a job that can bring ease, stressless, beauty and days of looking good.

A. Do you braids tight? No, Most say I have feather fingers
Do you take long? No, I am quicker then most.
Do you cheat and have diferent size in the back to the front? No, ALL my braids are concise and neat.
Do you do white folk hair? Yes, I do ALL type of hair texture and length

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am an artist. Your hair is a masterpiece to be created. Whether its simple or complex. I take pride in every braids I do. Cause when its finished I always feel that it is my first work. amaze, awed and excited. Doing hair is my high. And when your happy the masterpiece is priceless. But you pay an inexpensive rate.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Fascination at 12. I was into drawing, crochet, cross-stitch and braids was a unique way of art. But it was on hair.
