I work with my client. I feel myjob is to provide information to my clients to allow them to make the best decision form them. I do not tell them what to do, where they should buy or even how much to offer. I impower my clients to make these decisions. I like helping people. I like seeing the smile on their faces when they go under contract on a home and again at the closing table when they get the keys to their new home.
