- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide standard prices to our prospective clients. Our services entail exclusive and limited Personal Training in which fees vary. 🚩Thumbtack Quote, ONLY: • $35/30min session ✔ Individual Session: • $75/60min • $50/45min ✔ Monthly Packages: • 3mos / $380monthly • 6mos / $360monthly • 12mos (12% off base price. Limited availability) Packages are based on 45min sessions 2xweek. Terms automatically roll over to a month-to-month until client provides a written 30-day notice. ✔ Specialty/Group Sessions: • Group Personal Training: $220pp/mo • Couples Training: $250pp/mo • Bootcamp: $70/month for 6-month term (or $150 per 5-week cycle). 🔴 Ask Us About Our LIFT Program. We offer Low Income Fitness Training Services in order that everyone is afforded a better quality of life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are trained on a progressional optimal performance training model for purposes of teaching our clients proper technique, functional movement and often corrective exercise, if necessary. All clients must complete required paperwork and undergo a physical assessment prior to this process. Physical assessments are administered the 1st day of services.

Studied Arts and Sciences at Georgia State University and Certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
