While I do enjoy classic arrangements, I have fun integrating different elements into my designs. Whether it's adding a family heirloom brooch to the flowers in a Bride's bouquet or using other keepsakes as personal touches, I try to make each arrangement as unique as the person carrying or wearing them. One of my favorite additions was just this past year when I found a set of vintage pendants that were a heart-shaped lock, which I stitched to the bride's bouquet stems & a key, attached to the groom's boutonniere. They were both so surprised and loved that extra little touch. And it is so true to them, as he really does hold the key to her heart! I love the personal side of what I do. It is an absolute labor of love, creating awesome floral decor for special events. Most of my past clients have become very good friends of mine. I take time to really get to know people. More times than not, we end up forming a bond that is unlike any other. It's so wonderful to keep in touch with my clients and see how their lives grow and flourish. I take great pride in being part of one day in so many peoples' lives that will stand out in their memories forever.

I'm not even sure how to begin with how wonderful Sierra was to me. I sit here with tears in my eyes because of ALL that she did. I changed things all the way up till the last minute (we are talking 3 days before the wedding) and she didn't bat an eyelash. She did amazing on my flowers, corsages, and boutonnieres. I thought that they looked amazing when I saw them. I wrote to her in the middle of the night once and she helped me calm down and to not stress. I was walking out to my ceremony site when someone asked where is the wine glass opener to which I said a box somewhere. When she found out that we didn't have one, she went to the store bought one and brought it back. I had NO idea that she had done that. She saved the bar, and it was even something she had to do. My nephew was found crying upset that he wasn't in the wedding (though he was told multiple times he was not in the wedding) and she made him his own boutonniere to make him feel special. Sierra is an amazing woman and an amazing florist. I am looking forward to working with her again. She always made me feel like we were friends and not just someone who was doing something for me. I do hope to continue to see her and hear how her garden continues to grow.

What can I say about Sierra? She was great at every stage from planning to day of. She was incredibly helpful and understanding. I really appreciated her being forthright when the flowers we planned on using weren't available, she helped find a replacement and every arrangement was more beautiful than I could have hoped they would be. On the day of the wedding, she was on time and helped the planner manage a minor wedding cake crisis. I could not have been more happy.

I am from out of star so I did not get to meet with Sierra until the wedding day. She took the picture that I sent her and was able to re-creat the arrangement! She also had the best prices I could find! She went above and beyond at the wedding making sure everyone had their correct flowers. I was so happy she was apart of our special day!

What types of customers have you worked with?
Although I have created floral designs for all kinds of events, weddings and commitment ceremonies are most commonly what my clients hire me for. I love being part of someone's special day, making their visions come to fruition!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking through pictures of floral arrangements, try to keep in mind that flowers are available in so many colors. If you see a design you love, but not in your colors, there is a good possibility that nature is on your side. Also, ALWAYS get a signed contract with every vendor, even if they are a friend or family member. This keeps lines very clear!
