- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are prices are very competitive for our area. Please don’t be afraid to ask for a discount if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we like to do is gather information from the customer to get a accurate understanding of what they need and how best we can help. Second we want to do is schedule an appointment we are a 24/7 emergency service restoration company so we are available anytime day or night. Once we arrive on site we perform a free full inspection. Once this is completed we will let you know what it will take to get your home to a pre loss condition. We will also let u know what options we recommend for payment wethers it’s less than your insurance deductible and you want to take care of it out of pocket or you would like to handle it with your home owners insurance. We are experiencing and are devoted to taking care of of customer in either situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for a long time we have 60+ years of combined experience among our project managers. We are also an IICRC certified firm. Our certifications include MRT, WRT, ASD, CDS Which are national recognized As the standard in the restoration and remediation industry.
