FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will begin to start a continuing education program for myself especially in softwares, and programs. So if I'm needed in that area, I will able to come through without training on site (the client's place of employment.)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was laid off, a friend of mine told me to do this field, and I was nervous at first, because for one, if I have more than one customer to call for service, i would want someone to come and back up that call for me. I don't want that call to wait days at a time, when what they may need is urgent. So, I left the idea alone. Through failure of employment, it pushed me to have the courage to pick this up again and to take it a day at a time. Because it's about the quality of work not the quantity.
