Joe Klein cleaned my kitchen tile floor and ceiled the grout on 03/06/12. It looks like a new floor and I am very happy with the results. Joe was really professional and nice to work with.

Joe Klein of Cleaning Solutions Unlimited did an excellent job of removing the mildewed grout around my tub and also cleaning the tile. He also selected and recemented in place matching ceramic towel holders that had broken. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and got the job done according to the estimated time and at a reasonable price. He's also a really nice guy and a pleasure to meet and have work for you.

Joe did an excellent job cleaning, stripping and sealing my damaged ceramic tile floor. He also did my mother's floors and did a great job. You can really see the difference in our floors! I highly recommend him. He is not only skilled at what he does, he is also honest and professional.

Amazing! Our home is about 20 years' old and the (white) showers' grout had become impossible to clean. Additionally, in my struggle to clean it, I spilled a strong cleaner on the floor of the shower and didn't wash it off right away, so I stained many of the floor tiles. Joe really is amazing. He replaced the stained floor tiles and removed the grout about 5 feet up and regrouted it all. We have a new shower! It absolutely sparkles, it's so clean. AND he did it all in ONE day, cleaned up his mess and was incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend Cleaning Solutions Unlimited.

I needed to have the grout cleaned in my property after the tenants moved out. Because I live in another state, it can be challenging to coordinate repairs and maintenance. Most don't bother to get the appropriate training to handle all of the different situations presented by the different surfaces and sealers. Make sure that they have some type of Training Certification that is relevant to the hard surface industry. The HSMPA is the most in depth of any of the certifications for the industry.
