A. Remodeled a vacant home with new windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, heating, a/c, paint, refinish hardwood floors, carpet, lighting, kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, drywall repairs, new gutters, landscaping, fencing, marble floors, & tile bathrooms. The job took 6 weeks to complete and cost 45K.

A. Most items are charged per square feet. Every cost estimate requires field measurements. Prices also depend on complexity and prices of products being installed when the contractor charges labor and materials.

A. Work with someone in that profession first to see if you are competant in that field and physically capable to perform that work. Obtain all training and license requirements first.
