Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common type of client I see is young to middle aged adults who have a desire to lose 10, 20 30 or more pounds but simply don't know how.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a trainer who has experience in fitness as well as nutrition. Also search for someone who has the ability to speak directly to what your specific needs are.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Potential clients should consider the amount of effort and commitment it requires to reach a fitness goal. Also think about your budget ahead of time and compare pricing.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I formerly suffered with obesity and being overweight. After my total body transformation I felt very passionate about sharing my success and my wealth of knowledge with others.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. For those of you who would consider a career in fitness and/or personal training I'd admonish you to first seek out the proper education and secondly develop a passion for helping others.
