I appreciate the professional attitude their technician displayed. We have two small dogs that do alot of damage to our carpets.He showed them great respect as regards the chemicals he would use and how he interacted with them. He cleaned the carpet extremely well considering the stains we had. The price was fair and they followed up with us a few days later. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find a service provider that you feel comfortable with. Find someone who is up front with their pricing. Their should be no grey area. Carpet cleaning should be a painless procedure.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer, I'd wish that I knew that taking my shoes off at the door was the easiest way to save my carpet. Beware of those that QUOTE prices before actually seeing the work.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask questions that apply to your specific needs. A quality professional has usually come across similar situations before and should be able to answer your questions to satisfaction.
