Sweetwater is, by far, the best landscaping service I've ever used. Jacob arrived at my house when he said he would. Right on time. I thought I only wanted a few bushes around my house, but he was so knowledgeable that I decided go with a few more of his suggestions. (Not to mention the fact that his bid was the lowest I'd gotten up to that point!) I ended up with a complete landscape overhaul, and I LOVE IT! Bushes, flowers, a retaining wall, and even some potted plants. He repaired my irrigation system, too. I felt like I got more than my money's worth, since Jacob even gave me some advice as to how I should get rid of some flies that were hanging around my garden. I had to come and write a review because the excellent service made such a strong impression on me. I will definitely be calling them again!

In the past, I had problems with so called service professionals coming to my house to repair or install home appliances, leaks, general plumbing, etc. They all seemed to attempt to rip me off by overcharging for parts and labor/service. On the contrary, Mr. Jacob C. from Sweetwater Lawn Care and Irrigation, came to my house in a orderly fashion and pinpointed the problem concerning my sprinkler system. He did an outstanding job at fixing the leak. I feel confident that I will not have anymore leaks in my sprinkler system in the future. He did not overcharge me. He was very friendly and informative. I would/will recommend Jacob C. to any friend or family member.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated process , I show up and give a free estimate. I have a minimum which is $50, that covers many basic things like reprogramming a controller or aiming heads in a sprinkler system, jobs that do not require materials or a separate laborer.I stick to my price quotes, jobs over $500 are required to be paid half up front , half upon completion, with a service agreement detailing what we have agreed upon , when it'll be done , and how much.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs recently have been Irrigation repairs, mostly under $200. I have been told on many occasions that they cannot get bigger companies or the original installer to come back to do a repair, or they will be quoted and outrageous fee. They know that I am local and will complete a $50 job just as professionally as $5000 job.
