Bizworks is very passionate about the work they produce.
I appreciate their attention to detail. They listen to the vision of what you want to capture, the image you believe best reflects you, as well as the product or service you're offering.

When Bizworks presented me with the finished design of business cards I'd ordered, I realized at first glance, they exceeded my expectations...Perfection!

Thanks for listening, then bringing to life my vision.

    A very satisfied customer

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Jobs that I commonly get are identity branding, outdoor media design, web design and logo design packages. Then other type jobs may vary from client to client: such as out door signage and ad design.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice for a customer looking to hire a provider like myself would to be to first verify that the provider has a professional website that showcases their history, portfolio, clientele and testimonials. Last but not least get all agreements in writing specifying all fees, up front costs turn around time and legalities.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Some important things that buyers should consider before seeking me out for a project are:

1. Objective – What do you want to achieve?

2. Competition – Who are your competitors and what makes you different from them?

3.Target audience – the knowledge of your target audience is vital for your design.

4. Demographics – the age, gender, income, employment, geography, lifestyle of the audience you want to communicate your message to. This will greatly impact the look, feel, color, style and effectiveness of your design collateral.

5. Budget - Knowing in advance what you want to spend will determine the quality of the design and also significantly impact the designer's interest in doing the work. Always remember that professional graphic design is an invaluable investment in your business that will provide value for years to come.

6. Knowing how the design will be used

7. Visual references/concepts - These concepts can be obtained from any of the following: from pages of a website, magazine, TV commercial, brochures, business cards etc. Anything that inspires you will help the designer to get a concept of what you want to design.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out from all others because our #1 goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients by producing work that truly embodies the personality and vision of their business or project.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is the being able to help my clients take their ideas and design concepts and translate them into a professionally finished design; a design collateral that they can use to communicate to their business message to their targeted audience.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Questions that customers commonly ask are: What is your rate? Who have you done work for in the past? Have you worked on this kind of project before? What is your turn around time? Do have a website? May I see samples of work for other clients? Are you able to do multidisciplinary graphic design?

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started drawing and designing from the age of twelve. 15 years ago I decided to get into graphic design after helping a friend of mine start their own ad agency. Businesses started bringing their advertising needs to us, so I suggested to my friend; "why don't you let me design your client's ads, logos and marketing materials and other graphics design needs. " This would be a great fit!"

Soon there after I began doing freelance graphics for non-profit organizations and small to medium sized businesses.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. The job that I am particularly proud of is an identity branding project recently created for a radio talk show. This project included a website, business stationery, and a logo design package. Upon completion of the project the client was able to immediately strengthen their brand. Overall my client was very satisfied with the quality of the work and service.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes . . . I am constantly continuing education through online training webinars, video training of the latest design software, techniques, tutorials and developments in graphic and web design. I also study graphic design trends from the US and Europe. This helps me to maintain a high level of visual sharpness and inspiration.
