Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Homes and offices. Regular/deep cleanings, move-in and move-out cleaning, spring cleaning, etc.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check references, people don't mind telling you about their experience. If the reference checks out, hire someone that will do a good job at a reasonable rate with whom you feel comfortable.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Many companies will quote you a cheap price but will only do a surface clean. They are not doing a deep clean for this price. A surface clean just wipes visable surfaces, no ovens, no baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, etc.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. You should know when you'd like to schedule your home or office to be cleaned.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We clean your home or office like it's our own. Everything is included at no additional fee: ceiling fans, windows, blinds, baseboards, refrigerators, ovens, walls, doors, door frames, everything. I work thoroughly, efficiently, and quickly. I am child and pet friendly. We can customize your cleaning plan. You may remain at home or not, your choice.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy cleaning and looking at the result when I'm done.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do you charge? By the hour.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I love to watch people's faces when they see their home or office transformed from a mess to beautiful.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Different companies charge different ways: by the square feet, basic clean plus extra for many normal cleaning services, by the room, by the hour etc. Make sure that you know exactly what you are getting and what's included.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always enjoyed cleaned from the time I was a little girl. I earned an MBA degree and worked for corporate America for many years before deciding to start my own company.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I recently cleaned a home at the Lake Spivey Country Club that looked like it needed painting on the inside when I started. When I was done cleaning it looked like a show place with no need for paint.
