Introduction: Welcome to Phoenix Rose Accounting! Are you a small business owner juggling multiple hats, including managing your books and tax filings? Look no further! We specialize in providing top-notch bookkeeping and tax preparation services tailored for small businesses like yours. As an Enrolled Agent, I am authorized to represent you before the IRS. This designation, coupled with my QuickBooks certification, ensures that your financial matters are in capable hands. Here is a list of our services offered: Comprehensive Bookkeeping: Our Comprehensive Bookkeeping is done on a monthly basis. It includes the complete categorization of all income and expenses for the month and the reconciliation of all the business accounts. The client will be provided with monthly financials to review, and we offer a recurring call every month to go over the financials. Our reporting is done on a cash basis, which means we recognize the income and expenses are received or paid out. We also include a complimentary setup of the QuickBooks Online account when clients get started with our Comprehensive Bookkeeping. Our Comprehensive Bookkeeping is billed at $100 per hour with a minimum of $225/month. However, we offer fixed rate pricing to take the surprises out of the clients monthly bill. To establish a client's fixed rate, we will initially gather a monthly retainer of $225/month for each entity for a period of 3 months. During this time, we will complete the 3 months and assess how long it takes to complete the monthly reporting. Basic Bookkeeping: Our Basic Bookkeeping Service is tailored to small entities with straightforward financial needs. Designed for businesses with only one bank account and less than 50 monthly transactions, this service provides the essential financial support you need to keep your books in order. The Basic Bookkeeping reporting is done quarterly and we offer a quarterly phone call with the client to go over the reports. Our Basic Bookkeeping reporting is done on a cash basis, which means we recognize the income and expenses are received or paid out. We also include a complimentary setup of the QuickBooks Online account when clients get started. Our Basic Bookkeeping is billed at $150 per month. We determine a client eligibility by an assessment of the previous 3 months of bank statements. We will also use the clients first three months of service to confirm continued eligibility. If the client proves to be ineligible, they will be moved to Comprehensive Bookkeeping. Bookkeeping Rescue: Our Bookkeeping Rescue is a service provided to clients more than three months behind when starting with our services. It includes the complete categorization of all income and expenses for the contracted months and the reconciliation of all the business accounts. The client will be provided with monthly financials to review, and we offer two complimentary phone calls to go over the financials once the work has been completed. Our reporting is done on a cash basis, which means we recognize the income and expenses are received or paid out. We also include a complimentary setup of the QuickBooks Online account when clients get started with our Bookkeeping Rescue Service. Our Bookkeeping Rescue is billed at $100/hour with a retainer collected of $200/month for every contracted month. Any overages will be invoiced to the client and collected upon the delivery of completed work. Once the work is completed we will offer fixed rate pricing and a transition to Comprehensive Bookkeeping for clients wishing to continue with our services. Work will not be completed for months where the tax return was already filed. Accountant on Call service: Our Accountant-On-Call service is a monthly subscription service. This service includes a monthly phone call to answer any accounting questions had by the client. It also includes a quarterly review of financials prepared by the client. To be eligible for this service the client must have professional accounting software and is knowledgeable on how to use it. Any corrections will be noted in a comprehensive list and will need to be corrected by the client. This monthly service starts at $250/month and it should also cover your 2024 tax filing fee. Tax Services and Pricing: Tax Planning Session: -Starting at $250 Form 1040 (Individual Tax Return): - Starting at $225 Form 1041 (Estate or Trust Tax Return): - Starting at $350 Form 1120S (S Corporation Tax Return): - Starting at $350 Form 1120 (C Corporation Tax Return): - Starting at $500 Payment Options: We offer two payment options for our tax services: Option 1: Monthly Installments: We offer the flexibility of paying for your tax preparation in convenient monthly installments. To ensure accuracy and customize our services to your financial needs, clients opting for monthly installments are required to have an annual tax planning session. Our tax planning session is a comprehensive assessment that helps us estimate your monthly payment plan. This session allows us to align our services with your specific tax situation and financial goals, ensuring a smooth and worry-free tax preparation process. Option 2: 50% Retainer and Balance upon Completion: When choosing this payment option, clients are required to pay 50% of the estimated cost before we begin the tax preparation process. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of your finalized tax returns. To calculate the estimated payment, we use a combination of your previous year's tax returns and tax organizer. This ensures that the estimate is based on your specific financial situation and tax needs. A La Carte Services Complete QuickBooks Setup: $125 (One-time fee for setting up QuickBooks for the client) Includes creating a customized Chart of Accounts and connecting clients bank accounts to QuickBooks.
